Before the MU game yesterday, I headed to Bayview to watch Miss Ro. She was tired, not feeling well and missed her mama. I left my car at the Grider house, so as not to pay for parking at the MU game. My Dad picked me up and then dropped my sad self (due to the MU loss) off at the Grider abode.
I had hoped to catch up with Lesley since we haven't had a chance to really chat in the last 6-7 months. So, I stopped in. Ro was feeling much better, especially since her mom was staying this time.
We took off for a little adventure at Target and decided to stop by Classic Slice on the way home. This pizza place is amazing and seriously affordable for what you get. The pizza slices are about 10-12 inches long and about 8 inches wide. This was perfect since I was starving and hadn't had much to eat during the day. It was DELICIOUS.
We took the pizza back to the house and laughed, talked and played for a bit. Rowan loves to be close to her mom and it showed when she wanted to play "pouch". She zips herself up into Lesley's fleece. After she was nice and snug, she also showed me her kissing-boys-face. This, of course, was after she hid from the camera for awhile!
